How do I sign in?

Use your .edu email and password. We also email a confirmation code when you sign up or reset access.

How do I report a problem?

In the app: Settings → Report a problem. Or email verification@thefrappapp.com.

Tickets & refunds

Open Wallet for your QR. You can request a refund up to 24 hours before the event starts, as long as your ticket hasn’t been scanned at the door. That deadline is the same for every event on FRAPP. See the Terms for the full policy.
